    You can expect a highly interactive approach which builds upon your strengths and challenges your habits of avoidance and self-sabotage.  Through therapy, you learn to align with your natural capacity to grow by choosing consistent and appropriate steps toward positive change.  Concepts that you will become familiar with in our work are:  acting in the face of resistance, core/ego strength, diffusing reactivity, self soothing, and affect tolerance.
